NAPSA GET A POINT IN MAZABUKA

NAPSA STARS TEAM THAT FACED NAKAMBALA

The game which was nearly a 50/50 affair however saw Napsa still maintain an unbeaten run since week seven, and also see the team manage to not concede a single goal since week 15.

Napsa failed to utilize a good number of chances the team had to carry the day with coach Tenant Chilumba saying Nakambala acting head coach, Kaunda Simonde fielded in a very tactical side.

Chilumba said his side struggled in both halves to obtain the 0-0 result at the end of the match, but was quick to say that a point away from home was a plus for Napsa.

“We are still in contention, we will continue pushing the boys and focus on the next game. Nakambala were very tactical and that is why we struggled to collect maximum points,: Chilumba said.

And Nakambala coach Kaunda Simonde said Napsa gave his side a good run adding that it was an even affair.

meanwhile a point recorded has seen Napsa Stars still maintain top position with 35 points from 18 games played.

The team is this Wednesday scheduled to play Lusaka Dynamos in a week 19 encounter with Chilumba saying that the team is working on nothing but recording maximum points.

“The next game is a crucial one.We just have to prepare well because we know what is at stake, but our objective is to get maximum points,” the coach said.

The match is scheduled for Edwin Imboela Stadium this Wednesday at 13:00hours, with Nkwazi Football Club facing Real Nakonde at 15:00hours.
