DISCIPLINE IS CARDINAL- CLUB CHAIR

NAPSA Stars FC club chairman Richie Nawa has advised the team to be disciplined as the season commences this weekend.

Mr. Nawa visited the team in training at Millar Grounds in Lilayi today and urged everyone to work together if the team has to reach greater heights.

The club boss pointed out that lack of discipline has costed the team a number of  games, citing the Zesco Vs Napsa Charity’s shield match as one of them .

Napsa lost 2-3 to Zesco in a Charity Shield semi final match, with goalkeeper Masosa Bola being handed a red card after deliberately fouling a Zesco United player inside the box.

The development led to Zesco being awarded a Penalty in the dying minutes, and Napsa losing out on qualifying to the final round.

“This is not the first time I’m talking about this.. please let’s always be disciplined if we have to perform well this season . We play good football but we are not working together as a team, let’s do that,” Mr. Nawa said.

Napsa dates Nkwazi FC this Saturday in a week one FAZ/MTN super league match set for Edwin Imboela Stadium in Lusaka.

And head Coach Linos Makwaza says all is set for this weekend’s match.
