MOHAMED FATHI HAPPY WITH HIS PLAYER’S EFFORTS

NAPSA Stars Football Club head coach Mohamed Fathi says his players deserve positive results because they are putting in a lot of work to see the team survive.

Napsa has gone nine games unbeaten recording five draws and four wins.

Coach Fathi, in his post match interview after his team beat Power Dynamos FC 4-1 in Kitwe last Saturday said that he is happy with the efforts and hard work being put in to see the club survive relegation.

“We are working hard, and we are only a step away from the relegation zone. I’m happy with the performance and the guys deserve such positive results for this hard work,” Fathi said.

Goals from Bornwell Mwape, Danny Silavwe, Collins Sikombe and Geoffrey Serunkuma saw Napsa carry the day. Power scored their only goal through Alex Ng’onga who scored a penalty.

The result saw Napsa increase their points to 29, but still on 17th position with a point below Lumwana Radiants and National Assembly FC.

Napsa this Sunday is scheduled to face Monze Swallows FC in Monze, in a match set for 14:00hours.
