FATHI URGES FANS TO CONTINUE RALLYING BEHIND THE TEAM.

Napsa Stars FC head Coach Mohamed Fathi was on Monday, August 26, featured on ZNBC TV2 programme ‘The Dressing Room’ soccer show where he called on Napsa Stars FC fans to rally behind the team in the coming season.

Fathi assured fans during the live programme which was aired at 17:00hours that his side had a good pre-season and that he is building a good team to compete for the coming league competition.

The coach said Napsa Stars learnt some positives and negatives from the Transitional league season which saw Napsa finish on fifth position in Stream B.

“We are concentrating on our objective which is to finish on a descent position especially that we came from fighting relegation, to finishing fifth, and so we have a lot of hope this season,” Fathi said.

The Napsa team boss said the club wants to take part in continental football after the end of the coming season, adding that everyone in the team is working extra hard to achieve that goal.

“We ask our fans to rally behind us like they have always done, their support is everything,” The coach added.

Napsa is scheduled to face Mighty Mufulira Wanderers FC in Mufulira this Saturday in their first match of the 2019/2020 season.

Coach Fathi could not predict the result for the Saturday match but urged fans to turn up in numbers to witness this encounter.
